Bipasha Basus Mom Made This Delicious Bengali Dish, And We Have The Recipe Too

This time, as Bipasha savored a savory Bengali plate, it had been prepared by her mother.

Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds. Let the seeds crackle. Add chopped vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, cauliflower and more. Then mix the salt, haldi and sugar. Sauté until cooked. Add the pui leaves and cook well.

Blanch the prawns in turmeric water. Heat the mustard oil in a frying pan and add the sugar and whole cumin. Add ginger paste, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and sauté. Next, throw in the shrimp and green chilies. Add the coconut milk, cook for a few more minutes and salt. At the end, sprinkle garam masala and ghee on top and serve.
