Karahi Tandoori Chicken: Here’s how to make Karahi Tandoori Chicken
First, dry roasted black pepper, fennel and cinnamon. Grind it in a mortar and pestle. In a saucepan, add the oil and the spice paste. Turn off the fire. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, pepper-fennel powder, tamarind extract, lemon and jaggery; Marinate the chicken with this marinade for 30 minutes. In a skillet, add oil. Add the onions, peppers and green pepper. Sauté and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the chicken pieces. Add a little water. Cover the pan and cook the chicken for 25-30 minutes. Add sautéed vegetables. Mix well.
