Asada will hold two pop-up bakery dates to benefit the Project Host program

Asada Restaurant will host two dates for its ephemeral bakery, Azucarin Greenville.

Azücar will take place in the restaurant parking lot at 903 Wade Hampton Blvd. Nov. 12 and Dec. 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Proceeds from the pop-up bakery will benefit Project Host’s CC Pearce Culinary School program in Greenville.

Larkin’s opens in Camperdown development

by Larkin opened in the Camperdown development in downtown Greenville, the restaurant announced on its social media.

The restaurant at 32 E. Broad St. offers brunch, lunch, and dinner and is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Sunday.

Walk-On Sports Bistreaux opens in Clemson

Walk-On Sports Bistreaux opened in Clemson.

The 403 College Ave. franchise, owned by Clemson University football coach Dabo Swinney, offers a variety of Cajun food and burgers, including:

Topsoil restaurant launches lunch hours

Topsoil Restaurant in Travelers Rest launched its lunch hours in early October.

The restaurant at 13 S. Main St. is open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday and Friday and its menu includes:

  • Corned Beef Reuben

Salt water kitchen has permanently closed at Haywood Mall in Greenville.

Owned by Rick Erwin’s Dining Group, the restaurant reopened in early 2022 after being closed for nearly two years.
